To assist the Director of Sales and Sales Department in administrational matters wherever possible to ensure that all follow-up correspondences, sales & banqueting quotations, etc. are distributed as quickly as possible. Provide the necessary secretarial support services in maintaining an efficient office operation.

•Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as required.

•Attend to all secretarial needs of the sales personnel i.e. preparation of quotations, letters, confirmations, etc.

• Administrative support of the Sales Department.

• Maintain and update of database account for sales personnel.

• Coordinate all outgoing mails to clients.

• Liaise with other appropriate departments to coordinate customer needs/ requests.

• Attend and present during hosting of functions when required.

• Provide administrative support to sales personnel and stand-in during their absence.

Previous hotel-related experience desired.
