We are currently seeking Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) with more than 3 years certifying experience and holding a Cat B (or equivalent) license from FAA to join our team.

Conversion Programme

Successful applicants will join SIAEC and undergo a Conversion Programme comprising of:

• Refresher training at the Training Academy, to prepare for Basic Paper exams required by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) to convert to a Cat B CAAS License; and
• On-job-training to familiarise with the operating environment at SIAEC.

Upon successful conversion to a Cat B CAAS License, applicants will be deployed as LAEs in SIAEC and may look forward to a rewarding career with development opportunities, including aircraft type course(s).

Job Description

As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer in SIAEC, you will lead a maintenance team and be responsible for

successfully carrying out maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with OEM procedures, manual and authority regulations.

You will be operating under the SIAEC Part 145 approval to certify airworthiness of aircraft and its

components.
