Job Description
- Be responsible for key performance indicators of Customer service (CS) Operations.
- Be responsible for inbound customer contacts and follow backlogs movement.
- Manage daily CS operations (BPO) and ensure their performance reaches the targets of productivity, accuracy, response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage & Monitor CS performance (OKRs, E2E flow performance, stakeholders performance)
- Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.
- Minimum 4-5 years working in a fast-paced environment; preferably experience in e-commerce / tech-startup or relevant industries
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a relevant position which manages project >10 agents.
- High level of critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill to keep track of performance & generate reports to top management.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible align process with counterparts from other functions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communications skill, fluent in speaking & writing English.
