Financial coordinators will be assigned a core set of activities which may include any of the following. In addition, assignments will be added to these core responsibilities by management on a discretionary basis:
Accounting
• Update and maintain accounting database for sales orders and tooling cost
• Update and maintain Engineering and Machine Shop Hours (Power BI), actual & budget
• Record Fixed Asset Capitalization, Transfers, and Dispositions in the RAM system
• Prepare Depreciation journal entries
• Corporate Account Reconciliations
• Reconcile RAIM Fixed Asset system against our ERP system
• lntercompany mismatch investigation and reconciliation
• Assist with BOM {Bill of Materials) updates i1n CMS
Accounts Receivable
• Assist in compiling invoice support for all tooling /engineering related purchase orders
• Assist in researching any non- collection of overdue tooling invoices
• Check payment status of outstanding invoices
Reporting
• Assist in preparation of monthly reporting for fixed assets and engineering
EDUCATION AND EXPERIIENCE
Minimum of three years experience in general accounting for a medium- to- large sized corporation is required, including GL reconciliation.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.
• A minimum score of 50 on the Wonderlic Select Assessment (Traditional score of 26 on the Cognitive portion).
