Mô tả Công việc
- Run queries on own data (Product Sale performance, Product Profit and Loss performance, Customer Segmentation, etc)
- Monitor and control performance of products, campaign and projects by monthly basis
- Review and analyze the product’s activities and trends (sales, risk, cost and profit performance) and report the findings to identify the strategies that will address company goals
- Compile and deliver business intelligence reports to managers on a regular basis
- Support manager to prepare ad-hoc reports according to her/his request
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations related to personal loan
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge and trends of POS - TWL products through reading reports, financial modeling and analysis
- Build strong relationship with all colleagues and with all departments to ensure the quality of data sources
- Support manager to prepare business case for new product, channel and project
- Prepare Product documentation, include product concept and proposals, and all other materials to ready for launching
- Propose new product ideas and improvement of existing products, cooperate with other departments to define, develop and implement new products or channels
- Perform other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University Graduate – Major: Finance, Statistics, Economics
- Min. 5-6 year of working experience in Banking & Finance specially in data analysis and reporting (experience in the same field, portfolio analysis, business analysis, financial analytics, product management...)
- Language requirements: English – Fluent
- Computer Skills: advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Power Point and Excel
- Analytical skills
