• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage the most suitable candidates
• Assess and understand the unique requirements of each role and develop tailored recruitment plans

2. Recruitment Processes Optimisation:

• Continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process, reducing time – to – fill and increasing efficiency
• Utilise data – driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data – backed recommendations

3. Candidate Assessment and Selection:

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong cultural fit and alignment with our core values
• Lead candidate interviews and evaluations, providing timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers

4. Candidate Experience:

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Act as a brand ambassador, conveying our company culture and values

5. Employer Branding:

• Build and enhance our employer brand in the job market
• Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage candidates
• Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements that resonate with potential candidates

6. Collaboration and Relationship Building:

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and team members of other departments to understand their specific needs
• Collaborate with cross – functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

7. Data – Driven Insights:

• Utilise data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
• Make data – driven recommendations for continuous improvement
