We are looking for a Junior Product Manager, who will be a key contributor to the design and enhancement of our merchant onboarding processes. Do strategic planning, product development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a streamlined and efficient onboarding experience for our partners.

This role will report to Head, Product Development.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy for Core platform & Merchant Onboarding aligned with business objectives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap;
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions;
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA teams to create intuitive and user-friendly merchant onboarding experiences;
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies incorporating innovative solutions into the product development process;
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, resolving complex technical challenges;
• Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous optimization of the merchant onboarding process;
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements based on data insights;
• Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate product updates;
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on merchant onboarding goals.

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Product Development.
• Must have experience in software development, product design, and customer experience.
• Familiar with and/or have a passion for technologies and able to identify technologies that can be applied to solve specific clients’ problems.
• Have empathy for a broad range of clients/users and able to translate clients/users’ needs into product requirements and specifications.
• Good understanding of clients’ business, able to advise them on integration solutions to meet both sides’ business requests.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills both in English and Vietnamese.
