As a Chief Accountant, who will take report to CEO and you will be responsible for: 

* Manage all finance and accounting operations of TAPTAP Vietnam 

• Set up and implement financial policies, internal control processes, accounting software. 
• Manage all financial and accounting tasks of team members and team related issues. 
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports. 
• Prepare budget, financial projection & capital injection plan for BOD’s approval. 
• Prepare monthly budget performance reports and manage P&L by projects. 
• Prepare monthly cashflow statement and control treasury (share capital injection/ account savings deposit/ withdrawal planning/ borrowings). 
• Review and approve banking payment transactions with relevant legal documentation and banking related issues. 
• Review VAT, FCWT, PIT, CIT monthly/ quarterly returns and finalization. 
• Review & issue VAT invoices to customers. 
• Review monthly payroll sheets and involve in HR related matters to ensure compliance and optimization. 
• Involve in Procurement process such as reviewing vendor selections, price negotiation and legal contracts. 
• Ensure legal and tax compliance for business operation. 
• Liable with external and internal auditors to issue audit reports and tax officers for tax inspection as well as relevant stakeholders for financial and accounting matters. 
• Provide updates on new laws & regulations and ensure compliance. 

* Manage financial tasks for holding company based in Singapore which controls investment 

• Record GL transactions, prepare monthly and annual financial statements. 
• Prepare management reporting to investors/ parent company. 
• Work with EY auditors in Singapore to issue audit report. 
• Work with the secretarial agent in Singapore on the filing audited financial statement with ACRA, legal documentation. 
• Prepare/ Review income tax computation file and ensure the tax optimization. 
• Other relevant ad-hoc tasks assigned by TAPTAP 

You will have the following skills and experience:   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance. 
• ACCA/ CPA/ CFA qualification is highly preferable. 
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity. 
• Working experience at Big 4/ foreign owned firms/ coalition loyalty platform/ e-wallet business / e-commerce/ startup. 
• Strong knowledge and experience in internal control systems, VAS, IAS, IFRS. SFRS knowledge is preferable. 
• Strong experience in tax compliance and strong knowledge in payroll section. 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
• Capability and willingness to adapt to changing working practices. 
• Leadership skills to well manage Finance and Accounting team. 
• Ability to work independently under pressure with high integrity and responsibility, teamwork spirit. 
• Good analytical skills, attention to details and accuracy.
