Mô Tả Công Việc
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and efficient support to end-users.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance and data security.
• Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement improvements as needed.
• Provide training and assistance to staff on IT-related topics, including software usage and cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.
• Manage IT helpdesk as Level 1 in-house systems: monitor, administrator system including SAP system landscape. You will have a chance to learn SAP to understand SAP system and support.
• Coordinate with consultant teams for complex issues who is L2 support system.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position such a IT helpdesk
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in an IT support or engineering role preferred, willing to learn if inexperienced.
• Experience in network troubleshooting and OS maintenance.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and DNS configuration.
• Proficient in O365 and security scans.
• MCSA/CCNA or related certifications.
• Familiarity with server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing platforms is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, and a willing to travel if needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills to be able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
