Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Class Management
- Support teachers & students in matter of class operation (Public & School Link classes)
- Check attendance/ equipment/ learning materials
- Exam invigilation
- Do scheduling/ timesheet
2. Customer Service
- Follow the performance of students in classes and contact with parents (if needed)
- Provide students with essential information and support.
3. Teaching Assistant Management
- Support in TA recruitment (advertising, scanning)
- Conduct training for TA and manage their performance
4. Admin Support
- Timely produce required reports on book, materials, equipment
- Make order and manage stationery
- Support internal events
- Other tasks as line manager requests
