• Work with assigned customers, markets or geographical regions to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts and statistical reporting
• Generate new business accounts
• Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• Coordinate and communicate customers’ requirements (operation, billing, communications & etc) to the Operations and Customer Service teams
• Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
• Update and maintain Sales Activity Management System
• Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed
• Monitor and follow up on customer payment.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2-year(s) sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Relevant job knowledge and experience, including air both import and export.
• Knowledge in ocean import and export will be an additional advantage.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Ho Chi Minh

Sales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. (good to have)
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Result oriented.
