Collaborate within a dynamic product/platform team consisting of a product manager, architect, tech leads, designers, and fellow developers to craft compelling, user-centric solutions, platform enhancements, applications, and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of farming communities worldwide.
This includes addressing the requirements of farmers, off-takers, retailers, dealers, markets, and all other stakeholders within the agricultural ecosystem.
Engage actively in every stage of the product development lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to full-fledged market deployment, and continue to refine and enhance solutions post-launch through iterative improvements.
Foster close partnerships with stakeholders to ideate and implement novel features and products, while also refining existing offerings to ensure ongoing optimization.
Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment that demands unwavering focus and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes consistently.About 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Strong expertise in full-stack development using JavaScript/TypeScript, with a deep understanding of secure coding practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Solid grasp of data structures, design patterns, REST API design, and microservices, along with experience in messaging systems such as Kafka.
Proven experience in unit and integration testing, with a focus on developing reusable code and scalable libraries.
Extensive hands-on experience with the React Native framework (knowledge of React for web applications is a plus) and a popular Node.js backend framework (preferably Next.js & Express).
Proficiency with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks and advanced SQL/query writing skills.
Demonstrated experience working with leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including integration with cloud functions and services.
Familiarity with log aggregation and experience using service monitoring tools (APM).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD platforms.Competitive Salary (USD 1500+)
