Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
Sourcing & Networking:
- Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates through proactive outreach and networking events.
Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
- Utilize pre-employment assessments or tests, as needed.

- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process based on data insights.
- Qualifications and Skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [specify industry].
- Proficient in using ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
- Good english communication.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
