Mô Tả Công Việc
• Able to consult/assist the customers in Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) design and solutions.
• Able to use the software to selection the equipment, prepare the cost sheet and make a quotation as customer’s inquiries, including tender document preparation and submit.
• Identify, qualify, prescribe, quote, and increase visibility and chances for Trane VN to win projects.
• Find new projects and potential customers to increase market coverage and expand business opportunities. Manage customer inquiries internally relevant for targeted areas.
• Secure the annual order budget for CIB market defined every year in agreement with Sales manager.
• Build, manage, secure relationship and grow business with some key customers assigned by Sales manager from time to time.
• Bring Trane solutions directly to customers and understand customers’ needs.
• Promote visibility of Trane Technologies with high end-user accounts.
• Align the goals and strategies to accomplish the sales targets.
• Liaise with related departments to ensure prompt product delivery, good technical services provided to the customers.
• Update project sales database, submit the reports and forecast on time. Clear reporting on all activities as and when required.
• Ensure safety performance and compliance at all levels at all times.
• Carry out any other duties & responsibilities as required by company timely and accuracy.

• Min. 5 years sales experience in dealing with customers in M&E business.
• Experience in a managerial role is preferred.
• Proven network reference with Consultants, End Users and General Contractors.
• Proven record in international project sales.
• Knowledgeable in project sales and project management.
• University degree in HVAC is preferred.
• Understanding company’s products and competitors are an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be presentable and able to communicate fluently with customers.
• Able to work independently.
• Exposure to projects sales and/or execution.
• Good sense of customer services.
• Analytical skills, Enthusiasm and Teamwork.
• Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, excel, power point and AutoCAD.
• Working location: HCM / HN
