What You Will Be Doing

• Push boundaries with next-generation AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, integrating and evaluating these tools to maximize their business value

Machine Learning Engineer Key Responsibilities

Create and implement fully autonomous AI ecosystems that operate independently of human oversight, delivering transformative business value through truly scalable automation solutions

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated AI-First approach to problem-solving (candidates who view AI as merely an enhancement to traditional coding rather than the primary solution pathway should not apply)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant technical roles
• Strong Python programming capabilities and comprehensive AWS knowledge
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI development tools such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev
• Proven track record of successfully deploying Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact
• Extensive experience interfacing with various LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) via their APIs to address complex business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
