What You Will Be Doing

• Getting bogged down in mundane code maintenance tasks or troubleshooting minor bugs in existing systems
• Implementing conventional software features or writing standard code that doesn't leverage or integrate advanced AI capabilities
  
  

AI Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your engineering expertise to dramatically transform our development ecosystem—accelerating delivery timelines, minimizing human error, and elevating code quality standards to drive faster market launches and exceptional customer experiences
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record with 3+ years as a software engineer implementing high-impact technical initiatives
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI code assistance platforms (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev, or similar tools)
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing Generative AI solutions, products, or tools in professional environments
• Practical experience harnessing various Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) to address and solve real business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
