1. Manage the teaching quality of the English and Cambridge expat teachers at Ban Mai school system

- Examining, reviewing, providing professional guidance, leading expat teachers and quality management in distributing integrated programs, English language textbooks and syllabuses and Cambridge subjects at all levels;

- Coordinating with the School Cambridge & English (CE) Head Teacher to develop and directly implement the timetable, testing and evaluating teaching quality for 100% of expat teachers in English and Cambridge subjects; ensure 100% of teaching activities to achieve the right objectives and plans set out by Cambridge and English Language Division;

- Coordinating with the School CE Head Teacher to ensure the quality of teaching according to the curriculum framework of the Cambridge English and International Program with the goals set out by the School.

2. Developing and managing the quality of foreign teachers' staff, the English Language division and the International Division of the School

- Managing the operation and daily tasks of foreign teachers

according to the assignment based on the Organizational Chart;

- Coordinating with the School CE Head Teacher to manage professional development, organise professional training courses (internaand training with experts) and develop capacity for expat teachers to teach at schools;

- Coordinating for recruitment, assessment of professional qualifications, reception and integration training of new expat teachers;

- Proposing and implementing plan to involve expat teachers in school community.

3. Administration, communication, marketing, enrollment and other activities under the supervision of direct manager

- Attend regular briefings of the Board of Directors and Board of Management of the System to understand the development orientation and the tasks implemented;

- Organize weekly briefings with a team of expat teachers (Primary and Secondary/High School) to direct and implement the tasks of the Cambridge International Program and English Program;

- Direct the organization of parent meetings, seminars and events, activities, events, playgrounds and competitions for the Cambridge English and International Program; coordinate and direct the organization of activities, events, playgrounds and competitions in the school;

- Perform the duties as assigned by the direct manager, the Board of Management and the Board of Directors.

4. Participate in direct teaching English or International Cambridge subjects as assigned by the direct manager and Board of Directors

Directly participating in teaching English or Cambridge ESL/Math/Science subjects: 8-10 periods/ week.

Location & Working Time

- Working time: From Mon to Fri ( 7:45 am – 5:15pm) not exceed 48 hours per week
