We are looking for a Business Project Management Officer based in Hanoi.

Responsibilities

• Leverage understanding of the business and products to focus on supporting the Partnership Success Manager (PSM) in managing partner's expectations & requirements for project deliverables
• Manage project stakeholders (internal & external)) in expectation, prioritization, communications and implementation
• Monitor progress including : weekly progress, resources, budget, risks & issues, scope, interdependency. Delivery timely & fully meeting minutes/recap to follow and remind project stakeholders about actions after discussions. Support for document signing and project folders management
• Define and manage a well-defined project management process and improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management
• Proactively identify potential issues/blockers, then suggest and finalize solutions to resolve with related stakeholders for a detail planning of execution
• Report directly to PSM
  
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role, that perform knowledge and experience in implementing & delivering banking project/program; preferred to credit, digitalization, AI
• Ability to compete for priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, desire to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication and influence others
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience using problem-solving and analytical skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
• Quick learner and interested in learning new technologies/products
• Familiar with Agile principles; scaled agile experience preferred; scrum master experience is a plus
• Familiar with Jira and related project management functions
• Preference: AGI, credit card collection, credit card digital onboarding, customer facing
