- Responsible for the sales and marketing activities
- Formulate and execute strategies in sales and marketing, customer relations and key account management
- BA Sales Team in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets
- Manage and service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets
- Manage customers coordination and audit teams to schedule audits including planning audit schedules, audit notifications and audit plans for cyber security.
- Identify, create and follow-up on new accounts as well as new product and market development
- Work closely with Marketing to develop and maximize the success of lead generation activities, marketing programs and customer focused events
- Ensure timely response to customers’ enquiries, feedback and comments
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners
- Follow the other works assigned by Reporting Manager - Sales.
