JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role involves providing technical support for an in-house application, requiring the candidate to:

• Debug and analyze code to identify and resolve issues.

• Work with databases, write and execute queries.

• Manage and execute scripts as part of troubleshooting and application maintenance.

• Working on Linux/Unix environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 5+ years of work experience.

• Strong Communication Skills – Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively.

• Technical Support/Development Support Experience – Prior experience in tech support or development

support roles.

• Scripting Knowledge – Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Shell Script, C, .NET, or Java).

• Code Debugging Skills – Ability to analyze and debug code written in any programming language.

• Database Expertise – Experience with any database (preferably Sybase) and the ability to write and execute

queries.

• Unix/Linux Environment Experience – Hands-on experience working with Unix/Linux systems.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Finance Industry Experience – Previous exposure to financial domain applications.

• Development Experience – Background in application development.
