Mô tả công việc
• Maintain and manage purchase orders in company’s ERP system, through initial order request, purchase order, confirmation, goods receipt, and invoicing stages. • Maintain and ensure supplier database is updated. • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers’ planning and logistics department to obtain timely and accurate information. • Ensure that agreed terms and conditions, timelines, and standard procedures are followed. • Manage and follow up on suppliers’ invoices to ensure on-time recognition and payment. • Work closely within the team to resolve short-term operation/supply chain issues. • Support ERP systems projects and handle other ad hoc tasks as they arise. • Support in the evaluation of vendors’ performance regularly and independently. Determine areas of supply chain operations that require improvements. • Analyse data to investigate problems, find root causes and drive corrective action plans to solve supply chain issues. • Create, run, and ensure timely delivery of detailed analysis, execution plans and generate reports / presentations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements: • Certificate / Diploma or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines. • Ideally 1- 3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management and handling order and shipping documents. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. • Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS Excel) ; practical ERP-systems experience is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills (pivot tables; PowerPivot; VBA preferred) • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in English and Vietnamese. • Meticulous attention to detail, a love for process, data driven and good with numbers. • Independent and organized, fast learner. • Pro-active, and passionate. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ethical and loyal.
