• Liaise with Senior Manager and Manager on the raw material facility mapping in RETRACED platform.
• Maintain the data consistency and update regularly across platforms, i.e., Flex, Retraced, Rizepoint, etc.
• Conduct onsite visit, provide orientation to facilities mainly in SEA countries and guidance to suppliers, especially raw material suppliers, for the facility set up in system platform as well as the understanding on the audit requirement.
• Manage Tier 3 Spinner and conduct regular visit to fabric and spinning mills for verify the potential material origin on the green list.
• Coordinate sample quality collection arrangement for necessary fiber origin test.
• Work with vendors/factories to collect necessary documentation for request from the US counterpart.
• Conduct Integrated Compliance Monitoring audits and arrange ad hoc visit for further investigation on factory compliance in case of exceptions, e.g., inconsistency records, wage issues or workforce downsizing.
• Identify critical or high-risk issue with detailed recap and evidence escalated to team leader with recommendation in a timely manner.
• Meet with suppliers or factories to review audit findings and CAP progress, provide solution and follow up review on CAP in South and SEA regions.
• Visit facilities for compliance monitoring, remediation, training, or workshops, etc.
• Support development on projects and company initiatives and modification of processes and procedures, e.g. SOP of compliance activities, training programs and new audit initiatives.
• Prepare regular reporting and support to provide update and audit summary to management.
