o Continually explore the potential in cutting down lead times across mills
o Stay close with calendar revisions and ensure the mills are made aware of the changes
Seasonal Raw Materials Projections
o Review exceptions and callouts with CFT. Provide solutions
Seasonal Raw Materials Capacity Planning
o Responsible for advising all early commitment needs to US Raw Materials Planning / P&S
o Communicate brand strategy changes and impact to mills
o Align with other categories regarding capacity priorities
Seasonal Raw Materials Commitment Management
o Engage P&S and US Raw Materials Planning for mill allocation of multi-sourced Raw Materials
o Engage P&S and US Raw Materials Planning to prioritize deliveries where capacity constraints exist
o Work with brands to make necessary adjustments based on run rate to ensure that agreed allocation is on course
Raw Materials Ownership Reconciliation
o Allocate RM demand at AOQ, based on agreed allocation framework across vendors and mills.
o Minimize the variance of projections to actuals, and ensure mills capacities are optimally used
Undertake any other assignments as required
