- Manage related administrative tasks: Create PR for purchasing equipment, and consumables
- Manage administrative warehouse, distribute uniforms - tools and equipment to employees
- Support human resources tasks: timekeeping, information focal point on policies and programs of the Company - Group, registering staff shuttle buses, reporting shift meals, welcoming guests...
- Support employees in organizing meetings, work schedules, and interpreting
- The focal point synthesizes and monitors the budget of Division
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to implement optimal plans and activities
