Main Role & Responsibilities:

• To manage, control, and perform complex of Renewable power project development and M&A for solar rooftop, solar farm, and wind farm

• Lead to develop solar rooftop, solar farm, and wind farm for project development and M&A activities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities

• Closely monitor government energy policy directions and market conditions for creating corporate strategy for short term and long-term plan

• Work closely with senior management team in Thailand to ensure all deliverable to meet company target

• Strong relationship with government authorities and business partners, including advisors that related to renewable business

• Analyze investment returns, prepare presentation for management meeting

• Negotiation project agreements including PPA, EPC, MOU, JDA, SHA, SPA etc.

• Other works related to power project development and M&A

Other Accountabilities

• Guide and assist, if needed, junior members in performing their tasks to ensure consistent understanding and ability to perform tasks.

• Review, if needed, assignment completed by junior members to ensure integrity and accuracy of work conducted.

• Perform analysis on benchmarking organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization.

• Engage in regular meetings/ updates with team members, collect feedback, encourage and promote team spirit.

• Identify/ respond appropriately to high-complex issues, in order to ensure that each issue is efficiently dealt with or escalated to a superior level properly.

• Respond to instructions to undertake specific tasks to assist senior members in the completion of projects or assignments.

• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in engineering, Economics, Finance or Business

• Financial Model

• 3-5 years’ experience in Renewable power project development and M&A

• Excellent understanding of power business contracts including PPA, EPC, Financing, JDA, SHA, SPA

• Excellent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Excellent investment analytical skill

• Excellent project management skill

• Excellent Interpersonal skill

• Excellent command of business English
