GE Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) department is responsible for managing and planning all financial activities of VNG Games. This includes financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, strategic decision support as well as process improvement. FPA ensures accurate financial reporting, provides insights for informed decision-making, effective resource allocation and optimizes financial outcomes to support the VNGGames business objectives.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A, Senior Executive to join our Finance & Accounting department of VNGGames. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maximizing the effectiveness of marketing spending by reviewing and supporting the creation of marketing plans for our business units. You will collaborate closely with the relevant business units to evaluate, report, and benchmark budget usage against key performance indicators and investment frameworks.

• Review and support the creation of marketing plans for business units in order to maximize effectiveness of marketing spending in accordance with VNG’s management process.
• Work closely with relevant business units to evaluate report and benchmark budget usage against key performance indicators and investment framework.
• Analyze and review operational performance and recommend actions for improving allocation of resources in line with short-term goals and long-term strategies.
• Provide expert advice on accounting, taxation and financing for business units, including existing operations, new investments and overseas expansion.
• Implement requests for expense activities and establish a strong commitment to proactive budget management, cost tracking system.
• Engage work in a data-centric manner by leveraging internal financial data combined with external data sources with the purpose of financial analysis, forecasting, budget and performance analysis.
• Performs other analysis as required, support IFRS project on progress and quality.
