Job Description

• Manage and produce engaging content across all company marketing channels, including social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), the company website, email newsletters, marketing collateral, and company profiles
• Manage and grow the customer email database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Develop and execute monthly email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing events, such as trade shows, sales calls. This includes tasks such as logistics, material preparation, and other support.
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics to assess marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, operation, products) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, multimedia communication, public relations, or related fields.
• Have experience in content generation across various mediums, from conception to final products delivery.
• Have experience in the field of communication and marketing is an advantage
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Basic graphic design, videography, photography and/or related skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work in detail, taking initiative in tasks.
• Be creative, a self-starter and passionate about content and marketing
• Responsibility, positive thinking, good team player.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & Saturday morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
