To ensure À La Carte standards are upheld and to collaborate with the Executive Chef / Sous Chef for canteen daily operations. The role of the Canteen Demi Chef will be to accommodate the dining requests and nutritional needs for all hotel employees. The Demi Chef is responsible for the smooth operation of a section of hotel canteen.
