Job objectives

The BDE will assist the BDM in driving the new patients in need of chiropractic and flat feet treatments to the ACC Hanoi Branch through strategic business development initiatives.

Scope of Work:

Market Expansion:

Working with BDM to develop and execute strategies to penetrate the target market effectively.

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.

Partnership Development:

Identify and establish partnerships with corporate organizations, schools, sports entities, and other relevant institutions.

Build and maintain referral programs with clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

Represent ACC Chiropractic at networking events and industry forums.

Event Activation:

Organize and manage corporate health talks, school events, and sports-related activities to promote ACC services, such as:

• children play parks
• private schools (Vietnamese and international)
• like-minded partners (Nike, California Fitness Center)
• corporates (banks, insurance companies, other corporates)
• Other locations such as malls, shopping centers, and health fairs, etc.

PR & Communication:

Collaborate with team to implement TV show interview, patients’ stories, testimonials filming, etc.

Develop content to viral on social medias to promote ACC Hanoi Branch

Clinic support:

Working with Clinic Manager on project to enhance clinic experience & improve retention of patients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of establishing partnerships and executing successful events.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Hanoi and Northern Vietnam market is a plus.
