Rusian leasing company is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Legal Executive with the following requirements:

Job Description

·       Reviewing and advising contracts/agreements in Vietnamese and English

·       Involving in drafting and controlling internal rules and regulations following laws

·       Coordinating with other departments in dealing with legal issues

·       Guiding and supervising related departments to operate per laws

·       Researching laws, legal and commercial practices of countries that have business relationships with the company

·       Reviewing and systematizing legal documents related to the company's operation.

·       Updating and giving guidelines for the application of regulations for the Board of Management and departments

·       Ensure all IRC, ERC licenses, Branch Licenses are renewed, upgraded on time, valid always, and in line with constantly changing laws and business models of the Company

·       Provide sound legal advice to the Company and make recommendations to Management as necessary

·       Representation of our Company with authorities and government agencies

·       Get involved in the funding process

Requirements

·       University Degree in Law.

·       Lawyer Certificate is an advantage.

·       Having a profound knowledge of Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Commercial Law.

·       Having 3-5 years of legal experience in the Financial, Fintech, Lending... field.

·       Good command of English

·       Prior experience working with partners abroad is preferred

Benefits

·       Salary: up to 45M

·       Probation 90 - 100% salary
