ERP PROJECT LEADER

• Working time: Monday - Saturday morning; 2 optional Saturdays off per month

The factory is located in Phu An Village, Truc Ninh District of Nam Dinh Province, approximately 130km from the city center of Vietnamese Capital, Hanoi. The factory is 100% owned and operated by the group of company. Nam Dinh province is considered as the textile capital of Vietnam, and has a history in traditional textile making to support it.

The main product category is focused on Ladies Knit and Woven tops and dresses.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ERP implementation projects from inception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, project management methodologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

The ERP Project Leader will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position demands excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans, and oversee the execution of these plans. They will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, managing project resources, and ensuring that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. The ERP Project Leader will play a critical role in driving the success of our ERP initiatives and will be instrumental in helping our organization achieve its strategic goals. Responsibilities:

• Conducting Business Process Mapping and Gap Analysis together with team members and software vendor.
• Identifying and designating processes and tasks that would need to remain “offline” together with team members and management.
• Restructuring processes, defining data-entry rules with team members.
• Working on making an implementation plan together with software vendor.
• Supporting ERP team in administration task related to the project.
• On boarding more than 50 users
• Following the implementation and go-live phases carefully.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in implementing and supporting business software (ERP, CRM, PLM…MES…etc)
• Familiarity with garment business,
• Fluent in English (if can speak Chinese also good)
• Well versed in networking, file sharing, database management
• Expert ability to be able to connect business processes to system steps
• Team player, easy to mingle personality.
• Organized and clear communication and explanation skills
• Tendency to spot potential issues early
• Meticulous note taker and master at maintaining a stringent task list.
