About The Role
AVIAREPS is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Reservations Support Agent (m/f/d) to join our growing team in Vietnam for a prestigious new airline partner, soon to be launching flights to Hanoi (HAN). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting & providing excellent service to our trade partners, handling ticketing and reservations, and helping to grow market presence.

About The Role
AVIAREPS is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Reservations Support Agent (m/f/d) to join our growing team in Vietnam for a prestigious new airline partner, soon to be launching flights to Hanoi (HAN). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting & providing excellent service to our trade partners, handling ticketing and reservations, and helping to grow market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting travel agencies and direct customers with flight bookings, reissuing, fare calculations, and itinerary changes
- Handling reservations & ticketing requests using airline clients’ reservation systems (Amadeus experience is required; knowledge of other reservation systems is a plus)
- Managing individual and group bookings efficiently
- Providing professional customer service and ensuring a seamless travel experience
- Processing refunds, reissues, and other ticketing-related tasks following airline policies
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide necessary assistance
- Liaising with airline headquarters and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Experience in airline reservations and ticketing with Amadeus (mandatory)
- Experience in handling group reservations
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
