About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP presales, project management, and account management with a deep understanding of local and overseas business landscape in ERP sphere.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy to drive growth in Vietnam
Manage, develop, and mentor local consulting teams by nurturing a culture of collaboration and accountability
Foster strong relationship with key customers and partners
Focus on growing and developing existing clients together with generating new businesses
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
Key person for CRM, escalations, and opportunities in Vietnam
Responsible for the budget and P&L for the business unit
Oversee day-to-day operations in Vietnam

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Experience in pre-sales, project management, and account management in ERP industry
Demonstrable experience in driving sales and achieving business development goals
Familiarity with Vietnamese business culture is a plus
Experience working in both Vietnam and overseas countries is advantageous
Proven experience in team management

Language skills:

English: Fluent / Native
Additional languages such as Vietnamese are an advantage

Others:

Reside in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Willingness and the ability to travel
