As a UIUX Designer, you will improve the user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a great user experience. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software developers to ensure that the digital interfaces are intuitive, aesthetically and aligned with client branding and service goal.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with PM to understand the project objectives, brand identity and user needs, ensuring our designs meet their service expectations.
• Skillfully create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts, making sure they are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Ensure that all visual design elements are in harmony with the client's branding and the specific requirements of the project, reflecting a coherent visual identity.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of design guidelines and standards.

● At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in the IT industry. Experience in Korean IT companies or similar international settings is a plus.

● High proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, along with familiarity with supporting tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

● Your portfolio should clearly illustrate your skills in layout, branding, and color usage. It should include examples of mobile and web applications where your design choices have significantly improved the user experience

● The ability to think creatively and resolve problems when faced with new challenges, utilizing a design thinking approach to drive innovation and improvement.

● Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design is a plus.

● Language: English (fluent is a plus).
