Academic Quality Assurance:

• Remind the kids to do their exercises and tests.
• Check and find solutions for kids who are learning slowly.
• Find replacement teachers for classes where teachers have left.
• Ensure the quality of learning materials and curriculum, and provide feedback on the progress of kids in the Hybrid program.
• Provide regular feedback to teachers based on classroom observations and student progress.
• Address any arising issues related to academics (if any).

Batch Management:

• Manage all offline batches, ensuring that all necessary materials, content, and books are available are ready when a new batch starts
• Monitor and ensure that teachers are closely following the established curriculum.
• Coordinate with the Curriculum Team to ensure the timely development and distribution of content.
• Prepare and organize materials for crafts and project classes, ensuring both teachers and students have the proper supplies to execute lessons effectively.
• Control and track student enrollments in and withdrawals from a batch, maintaining accurate records of student movement.
• Monitor and document class attendance, addressing any irregularities promptly.
• Periodically review the effectiveness of batch schedules, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Create summary reports at the end of each month, detailing performance, challenges, and areas of improvement for better planning of future batches.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the management team to ensure the academic program aligns with the center's overall mission and goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to organize events, competitions, and workshops.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
