Mô Tả Công Việc
- Planning strategies and operating Marketing & E-commerce for 3 brands (Coway, Winix, Our own brand)
- Plan and implement Ecommerce Sales (Homepage & 3rd party Ecommerce Platform such as Lazada)
- Maintain a monthly Marketing & Ecommerce calendar aligned with overall Marketing/Ecommerce initiatives and promotional activities.
- Plan and implement Brand Homepages and SNS Channels
- Plan and implement SEO to improve organic rankings and search traffic, with ongoing performance reporting
- Plan and implement digital Advertising such as FB ad, Google keyword ad(SEO) etc
- Plan and implement Online/Offline events/promotions
- Plan and implement CRM
- Manage visuals for both online/offline
- Manage marketing team members and 3rd party agencies
- Manage overall KPIs

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelors (Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred).
- 3-4 years or more of marketing & E-commerce experience.
- Electronic device-related Marketing & E-commerce experience preferred.
- Must be able to speak English OR Korean (required).
- Experience with third-party and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Web CMS, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media campaigns.
- CRM knowledge and experience (at least 1+ years)
- Omni channel marketing experience preferred.
- Effective communication and project management skills.
- Genuine passion for and interest in the cannabis industry.
