Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Coordination:
• Assists in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, and shipping terms.
• Coordinates with the Logistics and Sales Admin teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects and orders, providing updates to the Sales team and clients as needed.
Sales Team Support:
• Assists the sales team in preparing quotations, sales presentations, samples.
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Supports to conduct basic research on new markets, competitors, and potential clients.
• Support sales & promotional activities, customers visits, etc.
• Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials.
Reporting & Analysis:
• Assist in compiling sales reports, tracking sales performance, and analyzing sales data.
Other assigned tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales support or equivalent position
• Good communication in English. Chinese communication is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic working environment.
