Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

Logistics:
• Carry out the summary and analysis of export business market sales forecast, arrange production plan and supervise implementation.
• Responsible for receiving, delivering and business consulting the needs of customers or agents.
• Contact to the customers, receive and review the sales orders, contract review and signing, order placing and delivery, and production tracking.
• Overall coordinating sales orders’ delivery plan and arrangement
• Formulate and implement export business inventory control plan, regularly analysis order delivery level and make an improvement.
• Implement logistics planning and inventory indicators, formulate and implement order delivery plan.
• Responsible for customer information file management of export business
• Other assigned task
Warehouse:
• Taking delivery of products in and out of storage, checking the model, specification and quantity, and handling the procedures of in and out of storage.
• Statistics and analysis of inventory products, and timely feedback of inventory shortages and backlogs, and replenish the stock timely
• Responsible for product delivery and handover of orders
• Responsible for the receipt, classification, handover and settlement of returns and exchanges for international business
• In charge of 6S management of warehouse area
• According to the internal allocation order, put the goods in storage to the designated place, and sort out the stored products according to orders.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and handling equipment maintenance
• Other assigned task
