*SCOPE OF WORKS:
The position holder will be responsible for the developing and servicing China FDI market in the North, Owners, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors, Consultants, End Users and relevant agencies and execute sales and business development plan. In addition, he/she is also responsible to meet the sales, margin and collection targets.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote Low Voltage electrical components to contractors, consultants, owners and investors, focusing on China FDI market
- Organized and conduct sales activities (such as sales visits, projects pipeline and opportunities, weekly visit and project report), to achieve sales objectives
- Focus in project sales, by building relationship with consultants, owner and developer
- To formulate and implement actions to strengthen customer relationships
- To actively gather market and key competitors information
- To ensure timely collection of receivable from sales

***PRINCIPALES COMPETENCES REQUISES:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Preffered Chinese Speaking.
- Strong presentation and inter-personal relationship skills
- Good contacts with Owner, Developer, M&E consultants and Contractors are a definite advantage
- Knowledge in electrical network systems will be advantageous
- Resourceful, outgoing and a team players
- Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
