- Product Planning: Research and conceptualize product ideas that reflect customer needs and trends in the gifting space.
- Product Development: Develop unique and creative products, including crafting gift boxes, ensuring they align with CHUS-exclusive offerings and customer desires.
- Collaboration: Work closely with local artisans and suppliers to bring high-quality, distinctive products to life.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for new products.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Proven experience in merchandising within the Vietnamese retail market.
- Strong background in product planning and development, with a focus on products that are customer-centric and commercially viable.
- Preferred: Experience in the gifting industry, including crafting and developing gift boxes.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to conceptualize exclusive, desirable products for CHUS customers.
- Customer-centricity is a must—product development must be driven by a deep understanding of customer needs and desires.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- English proficiency is optional but a plus.
