Position Summary:

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering high-quality service to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. This role involves taking and serving food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations, handling guest requests, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate should be friendly, attentive, and service-oriented with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks to guests according to service standards
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns
• Clear tables, reset them efficiently, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions in line with restaurant procedures
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to deliver smooth operations
