We are now looking for a Sourcing Merchandiser to join our team, located in our sourcing office in Vietnam.

Join Our Team And Ensure Customer Satisfaction At Clas Ohlson By Guaranteeing Product Availability And Timely Delivery. Be Instrumental In Optimizing Our Supply Chain To Enhance Performance And Reduce Costs. Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Identifies new potential suppliers, perform evaluation and issues requests for quotations that meet the company requirements on price, sustainability, quality standards, and lead time.
• Taking active role in securing purchasing practices and strategies are aligned and implemented with Vendors
• Understand and deliver on local/regional sourcing strategies and project plans.
• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production. Evaluate vendors’ capability. Keep track of vendors’ performance
• Work closely with stakeholders in Sweden and other IPO offices to ensure assortment demands are met and delivered
• Develop new/existing products according to inspiration brief/ developing brief/buying request from stakeholders in Sweden
• Has a constant improvement mindset and way of working. Follow-up and analyses business on monthly basis (KPI). Constantly look for opportunities and take actions to develop existing offer, by developing supplier base and products
• Working closely with main stakeholders in purchase team, (PD/QA/CSR) departments and stakeholders in Sweden to finish multiple tasks
  
  

Who are we looking for?

We Are Looking For a Proactive And Detail-oriented Person With Over 3 Years Of Working Experience In Purchasing, Sourcing, Or Supply Planning, Preferably Within a Trading Company Or Buying Office. We Believe That You Should Excel In Creating Relationships Across Various Internal Departments And Be Adept At Organizing And Communicating Effectively With Stakeholders Regarding Costs, Deliveries, Orders, And Capacity. You Should Also Have

• Good PC skills at Excel, Word and Outlook
• Competitive, strong sourcing knowledge, industry/material knowledge, analytic, negotiation skills, builds long term relationships, constant improvement mindset, likes a challenge, high integrity.
  
  

Relevant education from a university, college or vocational university is desirable. Also, fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required. We value structured, solution-oriented team players who are always mindful of the company's and customers' needs
