Role Purpose:

Delivering output to maximize Sales, improving finishing conversion cost through wise usage of Labour, Machines and Utilities, and driving productivity projects such as waste reduction and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Health and Safety and housekeeping

• Follow and support to deliver company and department‘s activities, KPIs relating to H&S.
• Responsible for H&S within the responsible areas.

Working accountabilities

• Ensure all work instructions are compliant
• Ensure compliance with all company policies
• Ensure that operators receive training to be able to achieve efficiency targets using PAT methodology and can work safely before they are transferred to the production department.
• Work with the shift-leader, technician to identify opportunities for improvements that will result in lower internal non-conformance and fewer customer complaints.
• Follow-up action implementation that can result in revising work instructions or upgrading production processes
• Open and champion improvement projects relating to product and process quality

Responsible for department KPIs : OHK, Volume, Waste, Short order, Customer complaints, Length, Lub uptake

• Ensure delivered finished goods meet the quality specification, and achieve the target in volume
• Work with Quality Assurance to identify opportunities and action plans for improvements that will result in lower internal non-conformance and fewer customer complaints.
• Manage department KPIs as target setting.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

• 3 years of experience
• Managed a team of over 150 people
• University graduates – Engineering background
• Communication
• Acting with integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable:

• Time management
• Able to work in shifts
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge
• Project leader
• Good communication in English
• Presentation skill
