Summary
The position entails supervision and ongoing development of all assigned reports if Application Support (AS)
Department (in both Hanoi and HCMC).

- Support BU Head in the development and execution of annual business plans.
- Negotiate and maintain best possible prices and terms with suppliers and contractors to maximize value to customers and company profitability.
- Provide technical support and solutions to sales teams and clients upon the request.
- Provide effective management to ensure Project Team completes projects on schedule within budget.
- Manage day-to-day department operations independently to ensure the achievement of whilst observing limits of authority and company operating policies and procedures.
- Maintain best, current relationships with all customers, suppliers, vendors and industry professionals to develop a complete and detailed understanding of all market sectors.
- Foster cohesive personal, inter-departmental and inter-regional co-operation with company principals, management and staffs.
- Develop and manage a competent and professional application, installation and commissioning team.
- Provide strong motivational leadership to the engineer team to ensure achievement of all personal, professional and company goals. Evaluate individual performance and established strategies to fulfill developmental needs and/or organizational changes.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

Position Holder Specification
- Education
- Recognized University degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Work experience
- At least 7-year experience in similar duty in the industry segment
- Other skills and knowledge
- Strong leadership capability.
- Demonstrated management skill.
- Communication and inter-personal skill.
- Language skills
- Excellent command of English language (oral and written)
