JOB PURPOSE:
To serve as a strategic, analytical, and integrative support to the Project Director and Steering Committee during the implementation phase of the Penicillin Plant Project. Ensure alignment, discipline, and clarity in project execution, documentation, and decision-making.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Participate in the design, layout, installation, and commissioning of chemical and microbiological laboratories.
- Consolidate system-level project reports: progress tracking, risk overview, bottleneck analysis, and solutions for the Steering Committee.
- Standardize and verify departmental inputs for consistency and coherence before submission for approval.
- Support the Project Director and Steering Committee in strategic communication, ensuring execution of project resolutions.
- Provide constructive feedback on coordination structure, workflows, and recommend system-level improvements.
- Attend key meetings, document resolutions, and follow up on implementation status.
- Manage critical milestones, provide early warning on delays, cost overruns, and accumulated risks.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and executives, ensuring timely and focused communication.1. Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience:
- Have 5+ years in investment or system projects, with at least 2 years in strategic/analytical roles.
3. Skill:
- Strong ability to synthesize, systematize, logically challenge, prioritize, and offer decision-oriented recommendations
- Sharp and structured communication skills; strong report writing; experienced in interfacing with senior leadership.
- Able to use English to synthesize, analyze, and present within technical/project contexts.
