Applancer

● Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual financial reports (including balance sheet, business performance report, P&L) as required by the BOD

● Cost allocation accounts, depreciation, fixed assets, accounts payable and related accounting operations arising on the accounting system and software (Misa)

● Monitor and manage debt. Prepare budgets and forecast future cash flow needs.

● Prepare tax declaration and settlement (VAT,FCT, PIT,...);

● Bookkeeping cost, revenue & other accounting codes according to Accounting Law;

● Coordinate in explaining data and providing records/ data to tax authorities, auditors, inspectors, and verifiers when requested.

● Consult and discuss tax and insurance issues with relevant departments

● Update new Accounting and Tax standards and policies. Guide other departments on issues related to Accounting and Taxation.

● Perform other related tasks as assigned by the BOD

● Have a college/ bachelor degree in Accounting major, Chief Accountant Certification is required

● At least 3 years of experience in a General Accountant position

● Be familiar with and regularly update current regulations and policies in Vietnam related to accounting and tax organizations

● Proficient use of Office tools (Words, Excel, Power Point...) and expertise in accounting software (Misa) is an advantage.

● Integrity, careful, hardworking, capable of performing tasks requiring high precision;

● Ability to analyze and solve problems, high sense of responsibility;

● Good communication in English is an advantage;
