1. Investor Relations: 70%
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of the fundraising efforts of the company
- Maintain investor pipeline and represent the company in communication with investors
- Create fundraising materials including a pitch deck, data-room for future investment rounds
- Coordinate among different departments and business units to prepare monthly and quarterly reports for investors
- Proactively engage with existing investors as well as potential investors to present the company’s update and future plan/strategy
- Work closely with the CEO and management team to create and monitor annual/periodical budgets, business plans and financial plan
- Leverage multiple data sources to develop business insights and get a deep understanding of the business’ nuances

2. Organizational Operation & Project Management: 30%
- Support day-to-day company operations, working closely with leadership and the larger team to improve organizational operations; and ensure alignment and accountability around company goals and critical business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional projects and drive organizational execution, managing workstreams, timelines and ensuring project success.
- Manage the agendas for and run key internal meetings, tracking next steps and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
- Own and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews and the internal reporting process.
- Guide our OKR process, ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization.
