1. Business activities:
• Market research, understanding customer needs.
• Creative marketing of products
• Product promotion and marketing: Activities on social networks, within platforms
• Research potential products
• Evaluate and propose product improvements and product strategies
• Ensure KPIs on the Company's marketing activities with the assigned volume.
• Build and manage the marketing budget to ensure all sales activities are aligned with the Company's strategy
2. Reporting, statistics, consulting, solutions
• Standardize the Company's marketing reporting system: report types, forms, content, indicators, charts, and periodic reporting time.
• Make regular weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports on the company's marketing situation accurately, completely and intuitively.
• Statistics, analysis and offering solutions to cope, handle situations, improve and develop marketing activities.
• Advise the Board of Directors on business development, solutions, and new opportunities for products and services.
3. Recruitment, training, management, staff development, development roadmap of employees and departments.
• Standardize the department structure.
• Personnel planning.
• Prepare department budget and control according to the approved budget.
• Recruitment of staff for departments.
• Integration training, professional training, and capacity development for the team.
• Manage and evaluate department personnel and personnel development roadmap.
• Ensure the number of department personnel (according to volume, quality of work, backup, and department structure).
4. Build and standardize processes and documents.
• Develop standards for action and performance measurement standards.
• Coordinate with the process management department to standardize internal processes linked with other departments.
• Standardize regulations and job security requirements.
• Standardize forms, documents, instructions, checklists, and to-do lists.
• Systematize knowledge into documents, right/wrong activities, experiences, and cases that occur during the implementation of business activities.
5. Research and practical implementation
• Test new methods and solutions in marketing.
• Consulting, proposing, building solutions, and practical application.
6. Trainning
• Standardize and write new training materials on marketing operations.
• Train employees in professional knowledge, skills and other knowledge that the Company needs such as system, culture and strategy.
• Provide training on process knowledge, general operations, and detailed operations to other departments in the company when needed.
7. Carry out additional tasks and new projects as requested by the Board of Directors.

Qualifications
• Graduated from university or higher
• Majoring in Marketing, Sales, E-commerce
• Good English
• Other degrees and certificates are preferred
Experience required
• At least 3-5 years of experience
• Previously held the position of Head of Department
• Number of employees in the department >=10
• The company has a scale of >= 50 employees
• Experienced in building and implementing strategies, management and operations
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in the e-commerce and retail industry
• Gender: Not required
• Age: 30 - 45
