To help PM and tech lead have transparent info and progress
Develop and maintain web and mobile applications following development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption
Communicate with customers via email/chat/call in order to get work done
Finish all assigned tasks with quality within the defined timebox
To attend all regular meetings of assigned projects
Develop integrations with external systems according to the defined architecture guidelines
Conduct unit testing, integration testing and execute the necessary bug fixes

Must be able to demonstrate understanding of web application architecture and the OutSystems architecture
OutSystems certification is a plus
.NET/Angular/ReactJS is preferable
Ability to learn new knowledge and skills if instructed
Ability to interpret business requirements and think through “logical” next steps
Ability to design basic data modeling (using MySQL and/or Oracle, SQL Server) and enforce proper referential integrity constraints
Proficiency in web- based languages (CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
Proficiency with web services (REST and SOAP)
You are positively critical and constantly looking for ways to improve
Must have experience developing using an Agile development approach, experience in Scrum is a nice to have
Being able to manage a group of 3- 5 people is a plus
Good communication in English
The ability to self- study, work in high pressure; good at communication is an advantage
Have at least 3,5 year experience in OutSystems development
Understanding of full- stack development
