We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of business processes.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate the implementation of solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Receive the high level functional requirements


• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements


• Seek for technical/functional design and estimate the solution


• Provide detailed specification with mockup, workflow as well as details rules for user stories


• Transfer the business requirement and specification for development team and quality team


• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.


• Perform user acceptance testing and validate the user stories


• Ensure the engineering team delivers features that fulfill business values for end customers


• Ensure the maintenance of project documentation, encompassing user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans


• Monitor team progress diligently and proactively identify and resolve impediments that may impact sprint goals


• Possess knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)


• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups


• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint


• Outstanding organizational skills

• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity


• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

• Have good experiences in Business Administration, Computer Science, Education or related fields.


• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Communication and interpersonal abilities confidently.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


• Quickly catchup team management tools


• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.

Others:

• Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate solutions that meet business requirements.


• Continuously monitor and evaluate solution effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed.


• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance business analysis processes and methodologies.
